- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons mustard powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1-1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3/4 spoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 racks baby back pork ribs, cleared from extra fat, washed and patted dry
- 2 cups of chicken stock
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Take a small bowl and add salt, onion powder, brown sugar, thyme, mustard, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Combine all these dry ingredients properly.
